To create a safe shopping experience for you as a customer we have established a few terms & conditions.

NOTE – We reserve the right to update these terms effective immediately, by using the website you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask you to stop using the service and exit the website.

Product information

We at TheTrendi work continuously to have accurate & current information both regarding product & price. This is information we receive from a third party, therefore we can not guarantee the accuracy of the information on TheTrendi, since the third party can at any given point update the information on their website. TheTrendi can therefore not be held responsible for inaccurate product- or price information. We kindly ask you to look at the price and product information on the retailer’s website before purchasing the item.

Retailers

TheTrendi does not conduct any sales but only assists with information from retailers who in turn conduct e-commerce. TheTrendi does not represent the retailer in any way, but merely refers the user to the appropriate retailer. Therefore, we refer the customer to the retailer’s customer service for any questions, feedback or criticism regarding a specific product or order from the retailer.

However, if you have any questions, feedback or criticism about TheTrendi, we welcome it of course at contact@thetrendi.com.

Payment

TheTrendi is not responsible for the transfer of payment between customer and retailer. This is an agreement that is signed between customers and dealers. Also, no payment should be made to TheTrendi as this is a free service.

Content on the website

We reserve the right to edit the content of the site without notice. In the event that users have the opportunity to add content to the site in the form of reviews or similar, we reserve the right to publish, delete or edit this. We do not allow users to publish content that violates any domestic laws or other offensive content. It is not allowed to copy, modify or publish content from TheTrendi without permission from TheTrendi.

TheTrendi uses adlinks to link to the different web shops. By using adlinks we can run TheTrendi free of charge for you as a customer. Adlinks is the same as affiliate links and are advertising links that give TheTrendi payment when customers shop in a store via our links. 

Use

The user agrees to use this site for lawful purposes, to use this site for private use only, to find trendy garments and for guidance in the shopping jungle.

Membership

By signing up to be a VIP member at TheTrendi you agree that we store your information in our database as stated in our privacy policy. You also agree to sign up to get exclusive offers and discount codes, as well as “trend alerts” via email. As a member you can choose to activate of turn of email notifications for items in your favourites list in the VIP member area when you are logged in, although we recommed having the email notifications turned on so you don’t miss when your favourites are on sale.

Personal data

By submitting their personal data to TheTrendi, the user agrees that these are used and stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
